Hi, aside from setting up the initial appointment with AI (seamless/easy) and a few calls with non- English speaking assistants ( they didn’t understand the questions) one hung up on us. Ed P. Our service technician was a breath of fresh air and super experienced and pleasant, can’t say enough good things about his expertise, and tidied up after he was done!

The knowledge and skills were amazing. The Sears technicians are the best I've ever had to deal with. The price of parts needed are crazy high but that's just the way things are now. If I were to buy brand new, it would have cost me double. Hopefully I won't need anything fixed in the future but if I do, I will call Sears. Thank you.

The repair technician identified the problem with my washing machine in about 5 minutes. He explained the options and pros and cons of repair vs. a new purchase. I decided to have it repaired which required ordering a new part. He will be back in 5 days to finish up. He also cleaned my dryer and did a great job, vacuuming up dust afterwards. Even though I have to wait for the washer repair I am satisfied with today's service visit. Will I have to pay $129.00 again when he returns in 5 days?

Joe was excellent. But he could not address the problem of the service fee from Fridays appt. I was not told that I could not get recompense for the service fee from one day to the next. Who do I address this matter to? Essentially I paid the service fee and still got the repair within a days time. Again my technician was awesome. This issue is with the company.
