She was very thorough until she connected me to a repair shop in California! They sent me a charge of $5.00 that I did not expect and that charge turned out to be $47.00! It was taken out of my checking account. I talked with a tech about my problem and he told me several things that it could be. I thought that I was going to schedule an appointment to have someone fix it? If I would have known that there was a charge for this and that I wasn’t scheduling an appointment I would have not accepted this offer. I hope that this will help to clear up this matter. The washer/dryer combo was repaired today, so thank you for that. The tech that came over to repair it told my wife that he hates working on this type of appliance.
