She was very thorough until she connected me to a repair shop in California! They sent me a charge of $5.00 that I did not expect and that charge turned out to be $47.00! It was taken out of my checking account. I talked with a tech about my problem and he told me several things that it could be. I thought that I was going to schedule an appointment to have someone fix it? If I would have known that there was a charge for this and that I wasn’t scheduling an appointment I would have not accepted this offer. I hope that this will help to clear up this matter. The washer/dryer combo was repaired today, so thank you for that. The tech that came over to repair it told my wife that he hates working on this type of appliance.

Well to start with it took almost 3 months for GE or who ever was responsible for getting a a repair scheduled. When the repair guy showed up he did an excellent job however the part that GE or Sears ordered for my repair was not the problem he ran a couple of tests found the problem and the second time he was here had it fixed with in an hour. Thank you. The five star rating is for the repair man👍🏻
