Very thorough, wore booties to come into my home - shook my hand & introduced himself - my appliance could not b salvaged has the mother board is no longer being made - not the technician’s fault - and a 2011 - nothing is made to last any more - I would b more than happy to have this technician return to my home - very pleasant & knowledgeable person.
