Technician news very nice and on time,but the part has been on back order for the past four months ,when part finally came worked once after he left and stopped when he left ,had to call for service again.very disappointed with sears services lately .have a stove that's a fire hazard working without turning on and still no service or part and I have a master protection agreement with sears for the past 28 years ,do better ,thinking of not buying a warranty when up for renewal

Absolutely Horrible!

I wasn't home when the contractor arrived, however I had someone at the home until I got there. I was told when they opened the door, he immediately asked for the deductible payment before even starting the assessment of my central air compressor. When I arrived, I went to introduce myself and he looked over his glasses as if I smelled funny, not even a hello or introduction. He was in the car more than in the backyard and when I asked him the outcome, I was told he was waiting on an approval for repair or replacement and the warranty company was taking too long to respond so he left. An hour later I get an email from the warranty company denying my claim due to negligence and abuse of my system, WHAT!!! The warranty company came to my house twice last summer so where have I been negligent?? I stepped outside to see my unit only to find a few wires on the ground and some of the tape that wraps the line cut through. I have a dog that could've eaten the wire. I contacted management of the warranty and now I can't speak to anyone in management for 2 days. Both the contractor and the warratry company are complete jokes. Beware!!!

"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The technician canceled multiple appointments, making me wait for several days without any updates or communication. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, I never received a response. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this technician to anyone looking for reliable and prompt service.

No issues with technician. The issues lye with Sears in appointment setting. Starts with press this than this than this n this I don't have time for this crap. Best is to communicate with live person. This has cost me time n money off of work and this is not proper to hide behind a screen. Very dissatisfied n will be posting a review on multiple public sites starting with Facebook n Instagram
