The machine i s a lemon
Service people have been trying to fix this machine for 6 months. It's a machine that is unfixable. Why GE won't replace this machine is a mystery. This time I got one load finished and as usual the machine did not drain. I purchased the dishwasher because I am ill and can't stand for long. This has been a horrible experience. I guess I'm going to have to Yelp this matter. Joshua worked very hard trying to figure out the problem. After I got through all the taped messages and prompts to navigate a system that is designed to frustrate I finally contacted A&D and was told the serviceman had closed my case. I guess that may be because while examining the pump he dropped the machine backwards. If I had not started calling to see when another service person was coming I would never have gotten service. I could only get a recording that said the parts were still on order when in fact I discoverd my case had been closed. This fiasco started when the machine was less than a year old. If I had not purchased an Assurance Service Agreement I would have a really expensive piece of junk sitting in my house indefinitely.

Kenmore Refrigerator Repair (2 times is not the charm).
This refrigerator needed service 2 times in 2 months. Corey J. was okay. He did what he could to fix the problem with my refrigerator which was not fixed properly the first time and still is not fixed. Offering the service plan as an option on future repairs is a joke since it covers appliances that I don't have or already have a warranty on at a much better price. Since I've had the refrigerator for only 8 years, my frustration and disappointment are understandable. Since this appears to be an ongoing problem, the best option for me is to buy a new refrigerator. My only regret is that Sears/Kenmore is no longer in business, and I can't tell them how terribly made their appliances are.

Customer complaint ability not there .
Not that you pay attention to these surveys but I'll try . I've been a Sears customer for many years but not any more . My problem with Sears is I just can't talk to anyone that will discuss any issue I have . I don't have the patience to even go through it again cause as far as I see Sears just doesn't care about what I think about it . Not only no stores anymore but apparently can't even talk to anyone at Sears about anything . To buy something or order something it seams to work but for information or with a problem can't get anybody on phone to resolve the issue . Can get someone to order or buy something they talk to you but if they're a complaint you just can't get anyone to talk to . Sorry s as d don't think you care at Sears but I'm finished with you . I've always thought of Sears as almost a family but not anymore . Things at Sears been little bumpy in recent years and understand lack of stores it it now lacks that personal thing that's important between customer and sears . Hope it all works out for the best but you need to get back to a place a customer can walk in door at a store .

Still not fixed
It was not Charles' fault. The part he installed is defective. The dryer is still not working.

No stars really…
The technician came to install parts according to another technician named Seth's diagnosis. This repair did not fix the original complaint and neither technician stayed to see if the repair worked. I called to complain and was told a new service call through my warranty complany needs to made a new deductible needs to be paid. Unbelievable!! Does this company held themselves and their employees accountable to a proper diagnosis, repair, and good customer service?!
