Refrigerator Ice Maker & water
1)Technician was friendly & polite. 2)Respected my home by asking if I required him to cover his shoes before stepping in. 3) Also requested me to remove my frozen foods that were in his working space as he did not want to touch my food. 4) Asked for towels to capture the water pouring from the broken water hose. 5) Made a few attempts to locate the actual problem. 3rd attempt the problem was found and he was able to correct it. 6) I appreciated he kept me up & involved in each step he had to take in searching & repairing.

Wash machine repair
Howard repaired the machine but two days later I tried to wash the same problem has occurred.

Install was scheduled for 7-4 today. I received no communication until 2pm, when I received a text message saying they were on the way, then a phone call 10 minutes later asking if anyone had already come out for the repair. Shouldn't he know? Workers installed the burner and proudly displayed their fix, when I checked it, they had installed the burner in the wrong place and were just going to leave it. I made them take it out and fix it. It is repaired, but overall unprofessional, sloppy job that was very expensive.

Repair
Was told oven could be cleaned on phone. When he arrived he stated that is not a service they offer. Price for dishwasher repair was higher than a new dishwasher. Allegedly a bad heater pump causing the leak.

Don't blame the repairman for the company issues
Terrence was very nice and we were pleased to have our stove back. As to the Sears Home Services you are very unprofessional. You did not notify us until 9pm that he was not coming on the second day date the original appointment was made. And you want me to have all of my appliances in your care? I DON'T THINK SO!'

Never received the service I requested.
I had taken the day off waiting to have my repair washing machine repair. The time from 10:30 to 2:25. I received a call from Charles explaining that my time for repairs was assign to another customer. Also my charge card was charged for the repairs. He also advise it would be best if have my repairs completed on Thursday or Friday. I have family coming o Friday and I do not want a repair man here during that time. Now o have to wait until Thursday after my money has been put back on my card. I am extremely unhappy with my service. I would like to have someone come to my home today to complete my repairs!!!
