Feedback for Service
Jason knew what he was doing. It is too bad that the person we spoke with the day before didn't tell us to have the Freezer empty. Jason had to sit and wait for us to do that. He pointed out our problem and took steps to fix it. Hopefully we'll know if the repair solved the problem in about 24 hours. Another thing. I received an email indicating that Sears was here to fix our dishwasher. That is not the case. It is our Refrigerator/Freezer.
