This was a major repair close to the original purchase price of the unit but fortunately, it was still covered under the extended warranty that I had purchased. I highly recommend buying the warranty as it has saved me hundreds this time and on other appliances. Bryon was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Thanks!

Service for multiple appliances
This technician was very personable and informative. Two of the the three appliances needed parts that are not available so although the items could not be repaired today, I appreciate that Mario went to great lengths to make sure there was appropriate follow up on the "research" necessary to either determine if the parts could be located or if a replacement order needed to be secured. I will be anxiously awaiting a response to the research order.

Cafe Refrigerator Noise
Prior to Sears sending Valdemar, GE sent a different tech who didn't even touch our fridge and said, "that's how these sound." Valdemar took time to troubleshoot the excessive noise issue and found the compressor was not fully secured causing the noise. Thank you! We have had that noise ringing throughout our home 90% of the time all day everyday for 2 months. Never should have been that way, but so relieved it's repaired. We can watch TV at a normal volume and sleep through the night now.
