Absolutely terrible
I first started having problems with my dryer two and a half months ago, it still doesn't work. Finally got approval to replace it three weeks ago and have not heard anything. I have called probably a dozen calls and get told the same thing that they need to have 48 more hours.

LG washer repair
He didn't diagnose the issue properly and I had to pay for someone else to come out. He was only here for 15 minutes and clearly did not take the machine a part to see what the real problem was.

Nice guy
Unfortunately my dryer is still not working, had to call again and sears still is trying to charge me to come fix it. Not happy with Customer service at all or how my calls where handled. Will not be calling them again for services.
