Defunct Samsung dishwasher
After being told by two different repair technicians that two different parts were needed for repair, we purchased the additional parts and our machine is still not functioning. Paul informed us that we would be refunded costs of services. Please advise

Washer
Still having the same problem

Washer now more broke
When we reached out the washer worked and only the final spin cycle would not get up to correct RPM to wring out fully the clothes . Jessie order sensor and week later took apart washer and installed and did not work so put washer back together. Now washer won't spin at all, so worse then before. Jessie said now he thinks it is circuit board but everything use to work but last spin cycle now just fills at sits there. He helped refund money for call and sensor but I am left worse off with a machine now I can't use and no guarantee ordering a full circuit board at the cost of a new machine will fix it. This machine is only a few years old. Not Happy!

Jesse did not adhere to the time slot assigned to me. My time slot was 1-5 he called while I was in class at 8:47 needless to say I was not available at that time. So disappointing.
