Excellent Service
Jesse, provided excellent service on our Samsung refrigerator. He did an excellent job in telling us what our problem was and the options on how to fix it. He was always on time and very respectful of our home and cleaning up afterwards. Sears did a great job on letting us know when our parts were coming and when Jesse would be arriving. Highly recommend their services.

Excellent Service
Another great experience from AJ. Got a replacement washer on Friday, but was given no training by the delivery people on how to use the machine. Called early Monday morning, and was lucky enough to have AJ come that afternoon, and do the maintenance agreement, as well as show me how to use the machine. The training took about 10 minutes, and AJ explained everything in simple terms. He's a GEM.

I was impressed with his ability to make the use of time efficiently. He called to up his arrival then was extremely quick with the repair I think the huge bill for less than 15 minutes of actual work time was excessively greed of Sears so I won't ever use them again.
