Every part of the experience of the repair of my washing machine was ideal. The appointment occurred within 17 hours of my calling. I was notified of an accurate time of arrival. The problem was quickly diagnosed and later confirmed during the repair process. The part was immediately available so a second trip wasn't necessary. Simon was completely polite, professional and efficient. The machine seems to be working normally post-repair. This was a very good result!

Finally fixed
Repairman was great but we had to wait way too long for our final repair while he was on vacation. We were unable to discuss this with a human being as your entire menu including text messages are completely automated. Although we liked the repairman our next repair will not be by sears.
