Simon came for the second call to fix our machine. The first call diagnosed the problem, which after waiting over a week for an ordered part and a cancelled second appointment, Simon found the diagnosis was wrong. Through him, though, we found our washer was not worth fixing and received money back minus the original service call. Although disappointing to be without our washer for more than a week, we appreciated Simon's good service.
