Rude and condescending
The service representative, said his name was AJ and he showed up in the morning. This is normally ok however there wasn't a call stating I would be there in a few minutes or at this time, I was given the time 9-5. I was in my pajamas. Then AJ was rude and condescending, not wanting to do his job of cleaning the dryer and only telling me to get a new washer because it was past its life, the computer board was bad and the bearings were bad on the washer. AJ continued to tell me to hurt to pay my bill so he could leave. And then he would send me another bill to quickly pay so he could be on his way. If I could give no stars that would be my vote. Zero tolerance for Aj's type of customer service and repression of any company. No Thank you AJ and No Thank you Sears Home Services!
