Stackable Washer Repair
Aj fixed our washer issue right away. He was very considerate and friendly while working at our house. After fixing our washer, the dryer hose unattached, possibly when pushing it back into place, or was never re-attached when doing the service. This is the point that Sears became very difficult to work with. We made an appointment for Friday, scheduled time off of work Friday afternoon, and Sears never showed up. After working through the maze of calling options, we finally were able to get a person on the phone to talk to about the appointment. They apologized and re-scheduled for Monday afternoon. Again time off of work was needed make the schedule work. We waited and again the service repair person never showed up, that is two vacation days taken where service was a no show. Worked through the phone maze and got another person to re-schedule the service for a third time. The third time was Tuesday after 4pm. We received a phone call at 10:30 am that said they were going to be at our house in 30 minutes or else it would have to be re-scheduled for a fourth time. I had to leave work and take more time off to make the 11:00 service time. Aj was again very friendly, polite and nice to work with so I would give him a 5 star rating, but dealing with Sears Service was terrible and in my opinion wouldn't get even a 1 star, so I am giving 2 stars.
