Warranty department!
Simon was great! Whoever was in charge of scheduling was royal a pain. I must have had 30 or more texted over and over the same thing. I will never buy another appliance from Sears. They told me I had to have 3 different people come for maintenance and repair. That was the most insane thing I have ever heard. When Simon came he said he could do everything and he did which I was very appreciative. He left everything neat and clean. He was great. I am not a happy camper of your warranty department.

Simon was great! Sorry to say that Sears was a royal pain. I was told so many things that was not true I can't believe it. I must have received over 20 text of which most of them were a bunch of nonsense. In fact I will never again buy as appliance from Sears. Again it was NOT Simon he was great it was Sears!!!!!!!
