Dan is professional, knowledgeable, kind, prompt, clean, good work ethic and detail oriented. Quickly determined the issue, ordered the part, neat and clean in every thing he worked on, very accommodating on service times to work with my schedule and corrected the issue quickly on his return call. Dryer works great and I hope in future calls they will send him to do the job. I have older appliances so I am sure I will need more help down the road. I know I can trust him to do the best. Very pleased with the service.

A++++. Corey J. was very thorough in determining the problem with the failure of the July 8, 2024 compressor to work. He explained what he was doing, took time to answer any questions I had. He is very professional, polite, hard working. He did an excellent job. The refrigerator and freezer and now working to full capacity. Thank you, Corey, for a great job.

Dead refrigerator/bottom freezer compressor
A+++. Don K. was on time, explained what he was going to do, explained the diagnosis and the needed compressor replacement. (I guessed it was the compressor when I called for the service call.) Don clearly explained everything he did. He was friendly, respectful, helpful, worked the entire time he was here. It was very clear to me that he knew everything needed to repair the refrig/freezer back to good working condition. My husband and I are satisfied with the repair cost, also. I am very satisfied with the entire process of making the appointment by phone on Friday and the subsequent repair appointment. Excellent rating to all involved in solving the problem.
