My technician, Chadwick, phoned me prior to his arrival, informing me of my options and his location. When he arrived, we discussed the job and he got right down to it. The job accomplished to my satisfaction, we got payment out of the way and each of us went on with our days. Chadwick was very pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable about the job. Thank you.

Prompt service dates, lots of text reminders when service will occur along with communication with repair person. Professional repair provider fixed my issue quickly and thoroughly. Very pleased with Sears repair and will use them again as well as recommend them to others.
