Chad is very knowledgable about home appliances. He diagnoses and promptly gets to work fixing the issues. He's a very polite and respectful person. It's a pleasure to have him in our home to work on the clothes washer.

Chad was very upfront and honest. I'm just very disappointed my 4 year old washer costs $1000 to repair and now I need to dispose of it and buy another one. All on a fixed income!!

I had originally called GE because my washer was damaged under warranty the first gentleman they called affordable appliance repair drop the ball so then they sent Sears factory warranty people and you guys fixed my washer within seven days and Marty was very friendly and professional and explained to me what he was doing he did a fine job From now on, I'll just call you guys direct to fix my appliances. Thank you again.
