Fast service time, Dan was here first thing in the morning, Very pleasant and did a thorough check of the machine,It turned out that the machine was somehow stuck in a unknown cycle, he tested everything to make sure it was working properly, it's working great for a 10 + year old machine.

Tractor repair

David was excellent, he repaired the tractor when I thought he may have to take it in. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok with my tractor. I would rate him a 5 only because that is your scale. He deserves more.
