He called to update me and again to alert me that he was on his way. He was just as considerate and respectful in my home when he was working. Best purchase ever...a Sears warranty
I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for a repair of my washing machine, Benjamin diagnosed the problem quickly, located the replacement part, and installed the part in 30 minutes.
