Technician let me know he was on his way. Was very polite unfortunately he couldn't repair it as it is under warranty with LG. Hopefully LG sends him back to repair it.

Andrew was great. Scheduling was not. I was told he would show up at 3:00pm by the scheduler even though text messages said 8:00-5:00pm. I called to confirm and she verified that he would come at 3:00pm. He showed up at 9:00am.
