The tech (Joseph) was very courteous and knowledgeable. He taught me a lot about my One and Done washer/dryer and got it repaired. He is the best and I'm very happy with my machine now.

Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful technician. We received good advice for future maintenance we can perform ourselves. Diagnosed and fixed the issue with our dryer quickly. Very happy with our service. We will be calling them again for future repairs.

Tom was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He assessed the problem quickly and gave us a quote for what it would cost to fix our refrigerator. When we said we would probably just buy a new one as it would be less expensive than fixing our 35 year old fridge, he talked about the different brands and what their positives and negatives were. He is well versed in refrigerators.
