Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful technician. We received good advice for future maintenance we can perform ourselves. Diagnosed and fixed the issue with our dryer quickly. Very happy with our service. We will be calling them again for future repairs.

Tom was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He assessed the problem quickly and gave us a quote for what it would cost to fix our refrigerator. When we said we would probably just buy a new one as it would be less expensive than fixing our 35 year old fridge, he talked about the different brands and what their positives and negatives were. He is well versed in refrigerators.

Repair guy was great! The service trying to get a correct appt with correct address, correct appliance, etc. Is another matter!! When they make mistakes, you cannot talk to a real person!! I spent 2 mornings on the phone, internet trying to fix it & it still was wrong.

Alex was amazing. He was very professional and knew exactly what was going on and then some. If I could hire him directly to service all of my appliances I would. Very appreciative. And, most importantly, I learned a lot about appliances in a short amount of time. So worth it. Onwards!
