Very knowledgeable and professional
Odaine was able to trouble shoot and diagnose the issue with the HVAC unit immediately and proceeded to get the part needed and was able to quickly make the repair. He then checked all aspects of the system to make sure there were no other concerns and even changed the air filter.

Cook top and down draft check
Thomas was very professional . He knew what he was doing and was helful What can you do better ? When i got the protection coverage I was told that both things were considered one and I had full coverage . Now the tech comes and says it is NOT covered !I call Sears and am told that they do not cover the downdrafts and so here I am left high and dry - frustrated with nothing done .I wish they had told me this 2 years ago when i bought the appliances .

I made an appointment around 11am and Cesar arrived around 2ish that same day. He was very friendly and answered all questions I had about my dryer. He fixed and even cleaned(which I didn't expect)my dryer in a timely manner! I am very happy with the services he provided.

Walton was very professional and caring. I had a different tech look at my dryer and he just added grease which made the issue come back the next day. Walton pointed out the issues before and after the repair, and explained the process of the machine that lead to the issue.
