Not so much Walton as Sears Home Services
I provided all the information on the problem including model and serial number in advance. You should have type of "triage" by phone with something like this as Walton came in and quoted the repair cost which then took it out of the realm of possible solutions given the cost. A new machine makes more sense which could have been accomplished with someone actually looking at what we said was wrong and avoid Walton having to come out.

Dishwasher assessment for error code
Technician just ask what was wrong and did not proceed in checking the machine until it was explained about the error code. Had he gone to the machine looked while trying to start the machine it would have been clear what was wrong. He didn't not spend much time assessing, corrected the error code and just said the drain needs to be clean. I clean the drain and we run the garbage disposal several times a day so this should not have been the cause. We also rinse our dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.

Refrigerator door repair
I thought all was well with the repair but about an hour or two after the Technician left I tried to open my freezer and the door was locked. It would not open .unable to get food out to cook dinner. I guess you can say I am not a happy person.

Poor Service
The tech came and was nice and polite. However, there was absolutely no follow up. He said he put in an order for the parts on 8/8 I followed up over a week later. Nothing had been done. The tech couldn't answer any of my questions and then proceeded to pretend he was having bad service and then ended the call. The tech told me to just call my insurance company and have someone else come out

Very unpleasant and unprofessional.
The worst technician we have ever encountered. He claimed we punched the glass cook top and he will not fix it. Congratulations to you Thomas , AHS will not replace my cook top because of your diagnosis that the crack on the glass was abnormal.
