The technician was here as scheduled. Though he was not able to fix the microwave, he took the time to listen to the history of the problems and repairs recently made by another service repair company sent by GE. He checked the microwave out, verified it was not working correctly, but there were no additional fixes or parts that could make it work, it was a bad appliance (GE Cafe) The technician was polite and professional.
