Repairs on repeat
Mohammad was great, however the ongoing delays with the repair have been more than frustrating. This has been a four month attempt to get our wine cooler repaired under the coverage from our service contract. Each service attempt has generated a new part required, delays while it shipped, then more time to get an appointment. And to add to the aggravation, we've had multiple cancellations of scheduled service appointments. After these latest parts ship, we'd be happy to have Mohammad return.

This was either the third or fourth reschedule of my original appointment. The technician that arrived was actually able to diagnose the problem and in short order effectuated the repair. I just wish that this could've occurred a month earlier when I initially set up the original appointment.

Excellent service!
Cesar, the service rep from Sears, was great. He came at 8:00 even though the window of service was from 8:00 to noon. I was happily surprised to see him at my door so early. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient; fixed my dryer within an hour, which involved opening up the whole machine. It was a pleasure having him in my home.
