Cesar knew just what was wrong with the washing machine and how to fix it. He explained the problem and what needed to be fixed. He was careful and paid attention to the details with the repair. He checked to confirm the machine was operating before leaving. He cleaned up completely!

Outstanding Job
Technician Was very knowledgeable and patience. The two parts that was incorrectly ordered by the previous technician. However this technician was prepared with the correct parts plus identified some further problems not previously identified and had parts for that too. The techician was able to fully explain the parts interaction with each other, what was wrong, how and why the parts went bad, how to prevent it in the future, etc.

Washer drain pump repair
Ceasar did a wonderful job with the repair(dis-assembly/installation/re-assembly) and communication around the work to be done and the available warranty which I declined. The only thing I would say could improve was my appointment. It was scheduled between 7AM and 11AM and he arrived closer to 12PM.

Efficient and knowledgeable
The tech arrived on time and performed the repair work quickly. Replaced the switch knobs and tested the counter top in front of me, before checking out. He used shoe covers in the house that I respect I lot.
