Jeffrey was great!
I'm still very upset with the fact that my 6 year old refrigerator's compressor died. It is utterly unconscionable for Sears to have put compressors they knew were going to fail in their refrigerators. I will never buy from Sears again. Having said that though, Jeffrey was without a doubt the perfect repairman to send to replace the defective compressor. He was professional & personable. We had complete confidence in his ability to replace the defective compressor. He made us feel as though he was taking care of us just as he would if it had been his parents refrigerator. You should give him a huge raise for his excellent customer service!

Super nice guy who worked on my dryer. He correctly diagnosed the problem and when the part finally came he came back and installed it. There were some minor issues along the way but he calmly addressed them all, got the dryer repaired and back in business for me! Thanks, Kegan!
