Cedric's service was very professional and polite. He called first thing in the morning the day of service to give me an estimated time of arrival. Then he called about 30-minutes before his actual time of arrival to give me an update. He was very conscientious about everything he did, from covering the counters and floor with protective cloth, to explaining everything as he did the repair. He even gave me some helpful tips on how to maximize the performance of my refrigerator before he left. Service with a smile, and definitely an experienced expert in the field. Thank you!

Repaired Microwave
Received and was advised by A& E through several text messages of the rescheduling of the appointment date when all parts would arrived. Was sent by A&E stating Joseph was on his way and the approximately window time of arrival. Joseph arrived at my home along with Laymon overseeing the worked being performed by Joseph. Joseph inquired about the problem with the microwave, assessed problem, confirmed at a point of the repair problem with Laymon. Joseph repaired the problem and advise me of the status of the microwave upon completion. Very professional, courteous and pleasant repair service individuals.

Dryer
Second technician that came out jus to replace a fuse that blowout twice. Clean the air duck made sure there was flow coming from the dryer to outside and it still don't work.
