Found the problem when others couldn't.
Previous day's techniciansaid there was nothing wrong with the furnace, but that I was out of gas. . Gas company came and said there was plenty of gas and that it was reaching the furnace. Severino came and found the problem within 10 mnutes and ordered the necessary parts. I will still have to wait for heat, but that's not his fault.

Aaron was a very polite an Excellent Technician. After I told him what was going on, he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. The Technician was great and did his job. Sears Warranty Company on a whole needs improvement. I called them the hottest week of the year to come back out because my AC still wasn't working properly. They could not give me an appointment until 18 days later. That is unacceptable. I have medical conditions and I had to suffer that long without my AC. I am paying my monthly fee. I have never missed a payment. There is no way it should had taken that long for someone to come back out. One of your customer Service Representatives was very rude. I am 70 years old and I have never had to wait that long for anything. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNACCEPTABLE
