He knew what he was doing
Two previous technicians screwed up. The first shut off the gas and then told me to call the gas company because there was no gas. The second one said it needed a valve and a circuit board, which would cost more than $2, 800. Aaron came in, cleaned or replaced the igniter, and the unit is working fine. If I ever need service again, I hope they will send Aaron.

Abdul was very thorough in exploring where the water on the floor was coming from. He also suggested methods and/or techniques to save time in drying clothes and how to keep the washing machine smelling fresh and a recommendation regarding cleaning the dryer tubing. He also found the source of the water leakage which was not from the washing machine, but it was coming from the water heater. Really enjoyed speaking with him.

Refrigerator/Freezer not working
Technician was friendly, courteous and professional. He installed the parts in a timely manner. My only concern is that I wasn't updated via text or phone call that my scheduled appt (7am - 11am) was changed/delayed until 2:10pm - 3:40pm. It wasn't until I called Sears at 12:10pm that I was informed via the automated phone system that my appt window had been changed.
