The technician was great. The scheduling was horrible. They forgot about the ticket after they canceled the same day as the appointment. The 9 hour window of repair made taking time off to be therehorrible. And the inability to talk to a human being made we wish I could use another provider that would actually be able to be contacted. Alex was professional and truly a great and knowledgeable repairman
