Service for refrigerator.
I was 2wks. without a refrigerator due to incorrect info. given to techs by your agents: wrong phone # & wrong unit #. I am extremely disappointed in your service. However, the techs who arrived were great!! Had I needed a new refrigerator, I would not have purchased one from Sears which is unfortunate as I have purchased Sears appliances for many yrs. I absolutely love the technician! He went above and beyond to get my dryer fixed today. Very professional, great personality and a great communicator. I had been waiting almost 3 weeks to get my dryer fixed. With 6 kids it very hard to go to the laundry mat to dry clothes. He made it his top priority to make sure my dryer was fixed today. Overall he provided great customer service. Thank you Paul for all you did today for me and my family!
