we were able to get an appointment at our convenience, and within 2 days, to have the ice maker in our Kenmore replaced. Michael was on time, did a good job, and explained everything to us. very happy!

Excellent technician
He had my problem sorted out in minutes and defrosted the freezer. He found out almost immediately what the problem was. Apparently I do have an ice maker that is not hooked up to a water line. Ice cube trays are trying to freeze! Job well done.
