AC repair
John was very polite and very helpful, our power was out so all he could do was install the part, he went to his next service call and said he would call later to see if the power was on and to see if the ac was working, and he did exactly that, the ac wasn't working so he stopped back by and worked on it, very happy with the knowledge and work that John did, even though he couldn't fix the problem, but he called and sears found someone who can.

Repair dryer
Khalid was polite and very quick on the repair. Sears itself is the worst people to deal with in trying to get service done. 2 1/2 months with out a dryer. Supposed to have needed a button which they said wasn't available. Was told they would do a replacement. Which was held up by someone no one could talk to. Back to looking for a button. They back to a replacement. Back and forth for 2 1/2 months with nothing but lies. Finally a button shows up at my door. I get a phone call a couple days after telling me to call them if I have the part. They can stick that phone system up you know where. All you do is listen to this guy over and over. It's a nightmare. Anyway today the tech shows up and 10 minutes it's fixed. That's how bad Sears has gone to the dogs.
