Leaking kitchenaide DW
Tyrone was prompt and affable. After replacing the door gasket, the DW still leaked. He announced no other plan to repair the leak. Waiting for call back from sears plan. Not satisfied.

AC repair
Ronald was professional, He changed filters and charged me additional fee of 49.99 for cleaning coils. AC unit worked for 2 hours and then shut down, AC unit still not working!

Third time sears service came to look at my fridge
Refrigerator is still leaking water, the serviceman took the parts they initially ordered away, stating it was not necessary to be replaced.

Not very customer friendly
The service tech did his job well but did not clean up after himself and was not very customer friendly

Fine Gentleman
Paul was a fine gentleman. He was pleasant and kept me informed as to what he was doing. I rate him 5 stars. We are happy our washer is now working. None of the parts delivered were needed. This problem has been going on for us since 8-9-24. Paul fixed it in 1 day. It is ashamed all that we went through before Paul.

good repair service but inefficient scheduling
Today's technician was good, but the first time we were scheduled for service, from 8-12, the technician canceled at 5 p.m. I waited home the whole day! The app kept saying he was coming later and later and then canceled. At least today the repairman came during the 12-4 window (after 3), but he told me only because he bumped me up for his convenience. I think more attention has to be paid to this.

Lazy worker
The tech assigned to my home for my dishwasher stated it was an electrical problem based on the dishwasher not cutting on. He never pulled the dishwasher out, only went downstairs and hit the breaker. He then looked under my sink with a flashlight and said, the wires are dead. Yet there are no wires under my sink for my dishwasher only a pump. He was very lazy and didn't want to access the real issue. How can you say it's electrical and don't even pull the dishwasher out to look at the wires. Terrible!!
