Tony is very personable & knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me on why my freezer was leaking and even gave me some prevention tips that I will be putting into practice. He was also very thoughtful, taking extra care to protect the hardwood floors and stainless steel doors. My unit is now balanced again so it doesn't shake when I open one side of the fridge. As an added bonus, I now have a home appliance care plan that is giving me peace of mind with my aging appliances. Thanks for doing such a great job!
