Wonderful representative
The scheduling showed a planned arri al time of 7:02 PM. So i kept working. Then i get a message that the tech is 10 minutes our at 5 :00. Then I got a message to reschedule. I reach his cell and he called back even better he came back. Problem worse than expected so i did not move forward with the repate at this time.
