The problem was very efficiently determined and resolved. The technician had all tools and parts necessary for the job at the time of service. Diagnostics and repair were done neatly and carefully. The technician was respectful of property, pleasant and professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.

Edward is very knowledgable and has a good attitude.
Edward did an excellent job and called us to let us know when he would be arriving. My only complaint is the fact i received the part for the dryer on Monday and i couldn't get an appointment until late Thursday. This is not a complaint about the technician.

Fast diagnosis and repair
The diagnosis and repair was quick. FYI for those who are medically fragile/ still engaging in COVID precautions, technician scoffed at our request for him to wear a mask ("you guys didn't get vaccinated?") and asked to remove it when talking to us after the repair was complete, which I found to just be generally disrespectful of someone else's home and a very clear boundary set and specified in the online service request.
