The service by Eric is fine. My problem is the telephone system you use. I have been trying to get my refrigerator fixed for seven weeks! It's impossible to get any satisfaction from Sears when I try to get answers. I am sorry I ever got involved with you.

Joseph was very friendly and nearly. However the refrigerator did not work the following day. We ar3 getting a new one that is not from Best buy and is not a Samsung

The left French door it's still hanging Crooked and not level with the top of the fridge The bottom, the bottom door on the hinge is loose and if you pick up the bottom part of the door, you can literally pick it up and move it up and down and when you pull it up, it straightens in love with the door and then when you don't touch it it's hanging and he wouldn't take the door off and try to straighten it or see if there's something in there that he needed to adjust He took the top piece off, but that part isn't the loose part the loose parts the bottom, so it's still it's still not like I want to another service call someone to come and fix the door that's hanging wrong so wrong with the hinge

Did nothing.
I paid the fee for the service before he started. He tried to log in the serial number on the refrigerator and I guess nothing came up. He left and did nothing. Now my fridge and freezer are still broken and I have no way to keep my food and beverages cold. I have a 1 year old and can't even have milk for him.
