Service person arrived on time. Original diagnosis was to replace a board and a sensor to correct my problem with my dishes not drying. I commented that this was quite expensive for a dishwasher that I have not been completely satisfied since day one. My machine is only 2 years old and this is the third or fourth service call. We agreed on just replacing the sensor and so far, so good. Technician was polite and knowledgeable and did not press me into buying the suggested board.

The repairman arrived and spent some time looking at the refrigerator and then told me he couldn't fix it. He was at my house for less than 30 minutes. I was exactly the same when he left, less $129. They didn't even offer a coupon on a new appliance. I wish I had simply bought a new appliance and used the money toward the purchase. (The fridge was 15+ years old.)

The technician was excellent and provided good service. I am very dissatisfied though with Sears protection plan on the whole. So the technician gets five stars and Sears gets one.
