Ian was very kind with my dogs, he had a clean and professional appearance and a friendly demeanor. He left the area in my laundry closet clean and everything back in it's place.

Ice maker repair
This was the second time within 2 years that Erick came to our home for an ice maker repair. He diagnosed a different problem from 2 years ago and was upfront with his assessment. Erick was great, but the Kenmore Elite refrigerator we bought is horrible for the ice maker alone. Has been an ongoing issue since about a year after our purchase. Clearly a design flaw by Kenmore, won't buy another one of their appliances.
