Gary is a wonderful technician.
It is often difficult getting through to Sears on the telephone and sometimes it is difficult to understand what some of the operators are saying. Gary has been fixing my craftsman tractors and he is always professional, pleasant and understanding and a very good technician.

Erick was knowledgeable and extremely cooperative. The part needed for my stove is no longer available but he was able to find the part which I bought on line. I was very pleased with my end result even though Eric was not able to make the necessary repairs through no fault of his own.
