We started up our dishwasher after dinner tonight and after about 20 minutes of it running, we left the kitchen thinking it was good and we went back in the kitchen only to find tons of water and suds. I took the bottom off of the dishwasher and the clip that holds the hose on to the pipe was not even on it. So needless to say, my wood floor sucked up tons of water. Glenn is not a people person. He comes off angry.

technician left halfway through wash cycle. Washer leaked at spin/rinse cycle. Washer Not fixed.

The warranty is a joke and a waste of money. We were told to get rid of our fridge that was so rotted and smelly from it breaking down while on vacation, we did and now you won't replace it.

Friendly guy, but it's still broken

Adair was friendly and polite. He spent about an hour working on my washing machine before telling me it was good as new and leaving. Unfortunately, while the agitator was repaired, the suspension is as bad as it ever was (it might actually be worse. the noises are extremely alarming). He was perfectly pleasant but I can't really rate the service any higher since I paid to repair a machine that I still can't really use.

Don't waste your money!

Been without a dryer for over two months techs keeps coming out saying it's fixed and go to use it next day. It's not fixed. Find some people that actually know how to repair things!!

This is the second time a tech came to fix the dryer and it's still not fixed!! I've been two months without a dryer and then tell us they can't come back for a month! Not acceptable. Avoid the sears warranty at all cost they are incompetent.

An absolute disaster

There was NO difference in the refrigerator temperature between the last visit and this visit. Although pleasant, the tech seems underqualified and overconfident. I have now been a whole month without my refrigerator!
