Friendly, Professional, Efficient
The technician arrived first thing in the morning, was friendly and eager to get started. He was able to diagnose the issue and explain what causes the issue, what's involved in the repair and the cost. He was empathetic but direct (the repair was quite costly). When he finished he thanked me, gave me a handshake and left the area he was working in cleaner than he found it.

Preventative Maintenance
Very pleased. He removed the dryer panel so as to vacuum the interior parts. Very thorough & knowledgeable to then put everything back in order.

Service visit
Appreciated the service visit from an experienced and courteous repair person. Thank you My fridge did not make its problematic noises during the visit. That's the only reason this is not five star

Second visit
Technician was prompt. My dryer appears to be fixed, however that's what I said a month ago, then it broke in ten days. So. Hopefully it's OK this time. We'll see.

Refrigerator Repair
Could have been (5) five stars. In the NOTES for the work order I said for the tech to bring a new fan motor with him. That did not happen thus the repair needed (2) two service calls instead of only one. Thus only 4 stars.

My Review
Paul was great, but the scheduling process is terrible. I hung around the house all day and wasn't contacted until around 3:00 regarding when Paul would arrive. Unfortunately, a repair could not be effected so I think it is a little unethical to charge so much when the determination is the appliance cannot be repaired.
