Rob readily heard my history of the problem, then carefully and quickly disassembled the parts he needed to remove to diagnose the problem. He communicated his findings clearly, and responded clearly and directly to the questions I asked. He did not push brands, stores, or services at me. He reassembled the unit quickly, leaving the room as tidy as it had been before his visit. He is good-natured and pleasant.
