Wintley B's service was extraordinary. My wife was without the use of her Washer for over a month until Wintley stepped in. He was in constant communication with both myself and my wife throughout the process. He informed both of us as to when he would be at the house and correctly repaired our washing machine. We cannot thank him enough for all that he did on our behalf.

Excellent. Diagnosed problem, figured out how to fix it, produced the required parts, and had everything going , all within two hours. This was the second date scheduled for this service. On the first one, no one came, nor was there any phone or email message in reference.

Dishwasher repair.
The tech was great....but the sears customer service line being automated is terrible. It should never have taken 2 months to get the part I needed. The part was readily available as I checked on line. Someone dropped the ball on this. Once I complained to American Home sheild then suddenly the part was on my doorstep. Someone dropped the ball on the part order. Please do better.

Fixed quickly
We called for a technician on the Saturday of a long weekend and our fryer was fixed before lunch on Monday. We are very pleased with the speed of the service, with the technician's knowledge and professionalism, and the fact that we do not have to purchase a new appliance.
